How does an air jet sieve work?
The working principle of air jet screening method (HMK-200/200LS-N air jet screening method) is as follows:
Negative pressure is generated through the special vacuum cleaner of the air flow screening instrument,
The negative pressure passes through the air vortex generator to generate a screening airflow, and the screening airflow passes through the screening nozzle of the airflow jet technology.
The airflow screening nozzle converts this negative pressure into airflow jet force.
This jet force pushes the particles against the screen cover, causing them to collide with the screen cover to eliminate agglomeration.
Then the particles in the dispersed state are attracted to the standard screen by negative pressure, and the large particles stay on the surface of the standard screen.
Small particles pass through the standard screen smoothly,
So as to achieve the purpose of air jet screening
