510-18 Air Jet Sieve’s history of development
The Air Jet Sieve is a vibrating sieving machine that uses air flow to sieve. The jet stream pushes the particles through the mesh to complete the sieving.
The world’s first air jet sieve instrument is type 200 which is invented by Hosokawa Alpine in the year of 1950.
For many years, the company developed more kinds of air jet sieve instrument. The type is A200.
In the year of 2000. The company HOSOKAWA updated the type to 200LS-N
During this time, HMKTest also made contribution to the industry of air flow sieve. HMK-200 Air Jet Sieve integrates some necessary and advanced functions in the airflow sieve field such as timing sieving, negative pressure monitoring, open mesh function, automatic computing function and so on. To be specific, HMKTest HMK-200 economy type is equivalent to 200LS-N; HMKTest HMK-200 intelligent touch screen type is equivalent to ALPINE e200LS
Besides, HMKTest developed efficient sample collector to collect undersize particles.
