First, the working principle

The instrument adopts an electronic eddy current generator imported from the United States, with the cooperation of the negative pressure generator, the air jet sieve produces a precise and sensitive and powerful negative pressure air vortex, which drives the powder to pass through the air jet sieve nozzle and rises until it collides with the sieve cover (transparent cover), and the powder that removes the agglomerated particles is reabsorbed by the vortex to the standard test sieve in order of size. Smaller particles pass through the screen and are stored in a negative pressure generator (vacuum cleaner) or sample collector (optional), while larger particles remain on top of a standard test sieve. In the whole process of screening, the electronic eddy current generator always controls all the powder particles in the working area to carry out three-dimensional movement in strict accordance with the order of size, which perfectly realizes the airjet airflow screening theory: first classification and then screening. Replace the standard test sieves with different mesh numbers and sieve them sequentially, and finally obtain the size limit percentage of powder particles.

The working principle of the air jet sieve particle analyzer is to drive the sample through a negative pressure air flow for screening. Specifically, the negative pressure generated by the nozzle creates a strong dynamic air flow aggregation at the bottom of the screen, mixing and dispersing the air and the sample, so that the samples smaller than the sieve hole are collected through the sieve hole, while the coarse particles remain on the sieve to achieve the sieving of the sample.
