HMK-200 Air Jet Sieve, is designed for the need of rapid and accurate sieving of fine powder (5μm~5000μm) in modern laboratories. Because the fine powder with particle size less than 75μm is prone to agglomeration, static electricity and clogging the mesh hole in sieving process, the traditional vibrating sieve is unable to complete accurate and rapid sieving for such fine powder. These fine powders include coating, cement, coal ash powder, flour, Chinese and western medicine fine powder, glass fiber fine powder and other materials. Working principle
The air flow from the rotating air jet tank under the sieve mesh continuously unclogs the mesh and continuously throws up fine powder, and then let it disperse back to the surface of the sieve mesh. Under the effect of the negative pressure of the vacuum generator (industrial vacuum cleaner) and the gravity of the material, the powders smaller than the mesh hole diameter rapidly pass through the sieve mesh to achieve rapid and accurate sieving results. HMK-200 meets international and domestic quality control standards in coating, cement, construction, coal, medicine and other industries.
